Jeff The Trainer Full Body Floor Exercise Videos The The Jeff The Trainer Full Body Floor Exercises are designed to Enhance Muscle Mass, Sculpt Fat, Increase Stamina, & Build Muscular Endurance. Jeff The Trainer Full Body Floor Exercises are designed to exercise all 654 muscles and those specific " target area's " of the clients body. Exercise Intensity is increased by increasing the weight of the dumbbells and & ankle weights. The Jeff The Trainer Full Body Floor Exercises are also designed to burn at least 500 calories, to promote muscle tone, to strengthen the muscles, to reduce body fat % from the combination of body sculpting exercises & cardiovascular exercises. The Jeff The Trainer Full Body Floor Exercises is an exercise routine that can last a lifetime because the client can continue to improve the results by increasing the weight of dumbbells when improvements in muscular endurance are attained. The number of repetitions for each Full Body Floor Exercises exercise starts at 32 ( 4 sets of 8 ) & increases with the clients progress. The Training Sessions are 1 hour long so each session focuses on training all 654 muscles of the body for a complete training experience for the client. Jeff The Trainer Performing "Power Crunches".
